Appearance: Dawn is a tall and skinny figure. Her jet-black hair cascades down to the floor, not having cut it since she was seven. The tips of it are a bright purple, slowly blending into black as it nears the roots. Her left eye is a mahogany brown; the right a vivid purple. Her right side of her face, right arm and lower left arm is tainted with a mystical and mysterious purple substance. There are also strange markings, connecting one part of the purple to the other. They seem to glow when she's angry; as do both of her eyes.

She has the wings of a Dragon, one that has been in many a fight. They're battered and beaten, yet still manage to hold her up. She also has long, sharp horns and a tail. All of these are a dark black, too. She can also make these disappear at will.

Though she has distinct and imposing features, Dawn somehow manages to blend into the shadows. She wears a midnight-black mask, hiding her mouth, cheeks and nose. Her cape is a similar colour, sweeping the floor behind her. To the right, she wears a gleaming metal shoulder-guard. Her clothes  are generally dark, helping her hide in the darkness.
Personality: Dawn is an aloof character, generally straying from others. She is known as mysterious and murderous, even killing whole towns, cities and villages in a matter of weeks, sometimes even days. She is infamously known as the Red Hand Murderer, as she marks all her deaths with a bloodied hand. When she starts to bond or conmunicate with others, she tends to be extremely sarcastic. Though she acts tough and ruthless, inside she's just a little girl being controlled by her own powers.

Strengths: She is infamously known, not personally. She can easily lie to, manipulate or kill anyone, as she's been trained well. She is also extremely nimble and can use her powers to enhance her physical strengths.
Abilities:
Flux: Flux is what taints her, what drives her to be insane. She can use this power to enhance her strength, but has no control over it. Sometimes she would instantly turn to raged mode, killing or hurting anyone in her way. This happens rarely, however, and she usually isolates herself from others if she senses its presence,
Ender: Using this power, she can teleport at ease. It also makes her immune to ranged attacks like spears and arrows. She can also teleport small inanimate objects to herself, like swords, bows, arrows and other weapons.
Dragonic: This power allows her to transform into a being of pure darkness: a Death Dragon. She is able to fly in both her formes as well as breath concentrated darkness.
Weaknesses:
Flux: Everytime she enhances her powers, she slowly loses her mental state, slipping away from the real world. She is also taunted by strange beings she refers to as Yoru and Kage. These are the ones who can control her. These are the real killers.
Ender: She is extremely weak to water, not being able to go outside in the rain, as it burns her skin. She also can't attack water beings or magic what so ever. When she summons an object, a small amount of her magical power is sapped, depending on howlarge said object is.
Dragonic: This power makes her weak to light and pure beings. Her evil cannot defeat the good.
Other: Potatoes.

She seems pretty strong, but looking at her weaknesses and such it looks like she's rather even! So, accepted! <3

Yes, that's fine. The site is organized into elements. Even if you belong to a certain kingdom or a certain set of kingdoms, they don't have to live there. You just have those powers.
