Appearance: A lithe dark purple-black dragon with horns of blue flames and eyes that are a pale, icy blue. Her wings have jagged edges to them, and can tear through almost anything. She has a long, whip-like tail with spikes that trail down her back to the edge of her tail. She wears her Imperial Silver armor most of the time, and just about always carries her deadly silver Spear with her. She can appear in human form, though. Her human form usually takes the figure of a tall woman with dark purple-black hair pulled up in a ponytail. She wears her Imperial Silver armor in that form, too, along with her spear, along with a silver helm shaped in a dragon's head. She also has a pair of dark purple-black feathery/leather wings tucked close to her.
Personality: Phantom is a very strict person, often criticizing the bad behavior and habits of others,  causing most of them to apologize, fearing that they might invoke her wrath. She is also very impatient, disliking people who don't answer her questions quickly enough. However, she has a great sense of justice and pride. She usually maintains a stern, serious, and distanced personality, but often loses her temper in a goofy and exaggerated comical style. She can also be extremely intimidating, easily frightening weaker opponents with just her glare. It has also been stated that Phantom is a born killer capable of showing no mercy during combat. Despite this, she has a kind heart (sometimes). When fighting innocent people, she does try to hold back when fighting, but does end up failing and injuring them, some severely, some mildly, while some die in the process.

Strengths: Phantom is a fierce warrior, and a master of both armed and hand-to-hand (or should I saw claw-to-claw...?) combat. However, she can sometimes underestimate her opponents and start toying with them. She is naturally, extremely skilled in all forms of fighting, weapons and both strategy and tactics as well as statistics of war.
Special Abilities: As the goddess of magic, Phantom has divine authority and absolute control over magic. She essentially has unlimited possibilities for how she uses her power, with only her skill, personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to define the borders. She can use all types of magic: Offensive, defensive, miscellaneous abilities, etc. Obviously, as a goddess, she is also immortal.
Weaknesses: She sometimes underestimates her opponents big time. She is also incapable of killing another immortal like her. Her one major weaknesses is the Pixie Stone, which is created from pixie dust corroded together for a thousand years. It is stored in a hidden place far far away (WHERE NO ONE CAN FIND IT ), heavily guarded by magical barriers and other dangerous and unknown creatures. There are only 100 left in the world.
